DAY 1: Welcome to Peru!

• Arrival in Lima, transfer to Casa Andina Standard or similar.
• No scheduled activities.

DAY 2: Flight to Puerto Maldonado

• Morning flight to Puerto Maldonado.
• Transfer to Tambopata Ecolodge via canoe.
• Afternoon introductory walk in the “terra firme” forest.
• Night walk for nocturnal wildlife observation.

DAY 3: Amazon Jungle

• Morning exploration of Condenado lake system.
• Afternoon forest exploration or relaxation at Gallucunca.
• Night canoe ride for caiman spotting.

DAY 4: Amazon Jungle

• Short boat ride to trailhead for a longer trail to a hidden lake.
• Possible sightings of Black Caiman and Giant Otters.
• Afternoon free for relaxation and bathing.

DAY 5: Amazon Jungle & Flight to Cusco

• Morning wildlife observation.
• Flight to Cusco.
• Check-in at Tierra Viva Centro.
• Briefing session for Inca Trail hike.

DAY 6: Sacred Valley of the Incas

• Explore El Mirador, Pisac ruins, and handicraft market.
• Visit Ollantaytambo ruins.
• Overnight at Pakaritampu Hotel.

DAY 7: Short Inca Trail with Hotel

• Early start for the Short Inca Trail to Machu Picchu.
• Visit Wiñay Wayna Inca site.
• Arrival at Sun Gate and descent to Machu Picchu.
• Overnight at la Cabaña Hotel.

DAY 8: Visit to Machu Picchu & Return to Cusco

• Early visit to Machu Picchu.
• Guided tour and free time for exploration.
• Return to Cusco via train.

DAY 9: Rainbow Mountain

• Early morning pick-up for Rainbow Mountain hike.
• Breakfast at trailhead.
• Hike to Rainbow Mountain and Red Valley.
• Return to Cusco and overnight at Tierra Viva Centro.

DAY 10: Cusco – Puno Bus

• Transfer to the bus station for a full-day ride to Puno.
• Stops at Inca and pre-Inca ruins.
• Arrival in Puno, check-in at Tierra Viva Puno.

DAY 11: Lake Titicaca and Homestay in Amantani Island

• Boat ride to Uros Floating Islands.
• Transfer to Amantani Island for homestay.
• Climb to Temple of Pachatata for sunset.

DAY 12: Taquile Island & Return to Puno

• Boat to Taquile Island for textile exploration.
• Lunch by the lake.
• Return to Puno and free evening.

DAY 13: Goodbye!

• Transfer to Juliaca airport for departure.
