Tax Exemption for Non-Residents

Foreign passengers and Peruvians without legal residence in Peru are exempt from the General Sales Tax (IGV) when staying in hotels.
To qualify, travelers must present:

• Original passport, and

• Andean Migration Card (TAM)
  at every hotel included in the program.

This exemption also applies to non-resident visitors holding passports or ID cards from:
Colombia, Ecuador, Venezuela, Bolivia, and Chile,
as long as the entry date to Peru does not exceed 60 days.

• All schedules listed in the itinerary are referential; final times will be confirmed by the operations team at each destination.

• Any personal expenses incurred during the trip are the responsibility of the traveler.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Tour Services

• Cancellations within 30 days prior to the travel date → 100% penalty (no refund).

• 31 to 90 days before travel → 50% penalty.

• 91 days or more before travel → 35% penalty to cover administrative expenses.

• After a package is confirmed and sold, any modification or date change is subject to:

  • 35% administrative fee, plus

  • Airline or service provider fare differences, based on new availability.

Some services may be interrupted or canceled due to weather conditions, strikes, natural events, or any cause beyond the control of the operator.
In these cases, no refunds will apply for unused services.

Transportation Providers

Refunds, name changes, or modifications for airlines, trains, buses, cruises, or similar transport services are governed strictly by each provider’s individual policies.

Inca Trail Programs

Due to strict government regulations and limited permit availability, Inca Trail bookings are non-refundable.
A 100% penalty applies from the moment the reservation and payment are made, without exceptions.
